Ready to step up into a leadership role and make your mark in operations?

We’re looking for an Operations 2IC to support our friendly, high-performing Kalgoorlie WA team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who’s keen to grow their leadership skills while working hands-on across Customer Care and Trade Store operations.

With tailored coaching and support during your first six months, we’ll help set you up for success as you build confidence in leading people, improving operations, and delivering great service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the day-to-day running of the branch, mainly across Customer Care and the Trade Store
• Lead by example to deliver great customer service, every time
• Coach, train, and support team members to help them grow
• Look for smarter ways to improve processes and customer experience
• Work closely with Sales, Warehousing, VMI, Purchasing, and Head Office team

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in a busy customer service environment
• Some leadership or supervisory experience (a bonus, not a must)
• A positive, team-focused attitude with great communication skills
• A natural “customer first” mindset and problem-solving ability
• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience
