WHO ARE WE?
The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (‘BCF’) is one of Sydney’s most trusted frontline charities and has been supporting the community for nearly 40 years. Our mission is to address homelessness and hardship by providing essential services including food social welfare healthcare education and community programs.
Our site in Ashfield houses the ‘Loaves and Fishes Restaurant’, which serves the disadvantaged with free meals, seven days each week. We have a small fleet of mobile food vans that serve meals at 12 locations across Sydney.
THE ROLE
As the needs of disadvantaged members in our community continue to grow, the demand for our Food Van services is increasing. To support our Food Services program, we’re looking for a Casual Driver to join our team. Shifts average 6 hours and are scheduled between 7 AM and 10 PM, with a particular need for people available in the evenings (8–10 PM) and on weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the Food Services Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver meals and practical support to people doing it tough across the community. This is a hands-on role where no two shifts are the same.

All Bill Crews Foundation employees are required to have completed at least three (3) COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster doses approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Proof of vaccination will be required prior to commencing employment.
