The Village of Erin Meadows has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Lifestyle Options (Sales) to join their team.
The expected hiring range for this position is $51,912 to $57,800 with an additional starting monthly incentive plan of up to $2,800 with defined targets. This role falls within a broader internal salary band, with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance.

As our new Director of Lifestyle Options, you will:
Be the first point of contact for many of our new residents, families and visitors who are interested in making Schlegel Villages their home.
Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture through the planning and implementation of successful marketing programs while liaising with the village team to ensure that incoming residents are served with an exceptional customer experience.
Take the lead in developing connections in the community which will generate new leads while fostering exceptional relationships with prospective residents to which they will communicate our programs, services, and the Schlegel Villages continuum concept.
Have a passion to serve seniors and their families, and are excited to help residents and their families learn the various ways in which Schlegel Villages can meet their specific needs.
