We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (Sales Manager) to join AnyMind Thailand’s Business Development team. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between our cutting-edge AI technology and leading brands. You will be responsible for driving quarterly revenue growth, conducting deep market analysis to outpace competitors, and managing high-value portfolios. We need a leader who is not only a closer but a strategist who understands the balance between aggressive growth and healthy profit margins.
What You'll Do
Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, brand positioning, and competitor movements to identify unique selling propositions and competitive advantages.
Profitability & Budget Control: Exercise decision-making authority over project budgets, special discounts, and complimentary offerings while ensuring a total Gross Profit (GP) margin of at least 28%.
Key Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with ""Exclusive"" client groups, managing a high-impact portfolio with a minimum project value of huge-million THB per account.
Lead Quality Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to optimize the lead generation process, ensuring the development and conversion of high-quality prospects.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and tech teams to ensure that AI-driven advertising solutions are delivered effectively to meet client KPIs.
Who You Are
Professional Experience: At least 5–8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Digital Advertising, AdTech, or Media Agency industries
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing "High-Ticket" accounts and closing deals valued at hugh-million THB or above.
Financial Acumen: Strong ability to manage P&L at a project level, with a disciplined focus on maintaining profit margins and cost-effectiveness.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Strategic Mindset: Highly analytical with the ability to translate market research and data into actionable sales tactics.
Tech Literacy: Solid understanding of online advertising ecosystems and a strong interest in how AI and technology drive modern marketing.
