Following the continued growth of the Investment Management platform in Continental Europe and the launch of two new partnerships investing in data centres over the past 12 months an exceptional opportunity has now arisen for a driven and ambitious individual to join the team.
We are seeking an in-house lawyer to support the business on a broad range of corporate finance and fund-related legal matters, including equity raisings, debt financings, and related transactional (M&A) and governance work. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer at an early stage of its career to gain hands-on exposure to complex transactions and ongoing legal operations within a dynamic business environment. The role involves close collaboration with all members of the Investment Management Team, the Legal Practice colleagues, external counsel, and internal and external stakeholders across our European business.
