Position Highlights
The Driver Training Industry Support is looking for an addition to our administrative team. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to frequently shift between tasks throughout the day. Previous call centre experience is an asset, as candidates will be required to assist customers via our telephone queue and other inquiry channels (e.g. emails and postal mail inquiries). This position is a full-time permanent position at our Victoria location, 910 Government Street. The successful candidate is required to work in the office for approximately the first 3 months for training purposes.
