Job SummaryWe are seeking Lube and Tire Automotive Technicians to join our growing team. We are willing to train the right candidates for a rewarding career in the automotive repair industry. We are looking for an individual who shares our values of outstanding customer service, teamwork, good character, quality workmanship, positive attitude with the motivation to succeed. The right candidate must be open to learning new technical information to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive technology with company-provided training.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles for damage and document vehicles per company practice
- Perform oil changes and tire rotations on vehicles according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Keep work area clean and organized, empty trash daily
- Dismount, mount and balance tires
- Transport customers and parts as required
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Convey necessary vehicle repair information to service advisors in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal
- Excellent attitude and customer service skills are a plus
- Outstanding customer service, teamwork, good character, quality workmanship, positive attitude with the motivation to succeed.
- Open to learning new technical information to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive technology with company-provided training
