Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO).

What You Will Do: 

The role contributes to to ensuring smooth and timely implementation of our projects and hence to contribute to the satisfaction and success of our customers. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring and closing various projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Break projects into tasks and set time schedules 
• Identify resource requirements and assign tasks internally 
• Monitor projects progress and produce required reports 
• Establish relationships with customers and communicate with stakeholders 
• Manage and control project costs 
• Identify potential risks and address proactive actions 
• Oversee project procurement status 

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT, or relevant field 
• 3 years working experience in a similar role  
• Proficient in English and Greek 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 
• Proficient with PM Tools
