Job Summary
Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Data Analyst to join our expanding Data Analytics team. This is a role designed for someone who is passionate about data and who wants to grow in the field by working on reporting and analytics projects. It offers a premier opportunity to sharpen your technical capabilities within a team that is deeply committed to mentorship and long-term career progression.
You will focus on creating, maintaining and updating business reports to ensure leadership has accurate and up-to-date information for daily operations. You will also assist in conducting routine performance analyses to identify trends and surface interesting findings to the broader team, while working closely with senior analysts to tackle more complex projects. This collaborative environment is designed to give you hands-on experience with deep-dive analytics and business intelligence as you progress.
We are seeking a candidate with a solid grasp of SQL for pulling and joining data, and who is comfortable navigating relational databases. You should possess a strong sense of analytical curiosity, meaning you do not just deliver a report but actively seek to understand why the numbers moved the way they did.
