About the Role
We are seeking a Data Insights & Continuous Improvement Analyst to play a meaningful role in supporting performance reporting, analytics and ongoing improvement initiatives across the Defence Estate Works Program.
This role sits at the intersection of data, delivery and decision‑making, helping the program continually adapt and mature as delivery requirements, digital capability and data complexity evolve. You will turn complex project and financial information into clear, trusted insights that inform leadership, strengthen governance, and enable smarter, more efficient outcomes across a nationally significant Defence program.
Working closely with the Digital Platform & Integration Manager, this role is ideal for someone who is motivated by impact, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a dynamic environment where innovation, adaptability and continuous improvement are essential.
