JOB TITLE: Commercial Operations Project Manager

This role is a key connector across sales, operations, IT, and leadership, ensuring that systems, data, and processes are aligned to support growth.You’ll take ownership of CRM data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional initiatives, while leading projects that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Own Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and workflows
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through sustainment
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports
- Drive data cleanup, standardization, and account structure improvements
- Support system integrations and technology rollouts
- Develop training materials and documentation for new processes
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
