ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role is a full-time, on-site position. We work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. Compensation will be based on experience with a hourly wage of $18.00 to $20.00/hour. This role provides opportunities for growth, development, and advancement while teaching relevant skills that you will carry for a lifetime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly & Installation: Assemble, install, and align commercial office furniture (workstations, cubicles, case goods) or residential furniture according to layout specifications.
- Logistics & Site Prep: Load and unload trucks, move furniture using dollies, and prepare the job site by clearing debris & trash.
- Technical Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and installation manuals.
- Tool Usage: Operate hand-held power tools and small tools safely.
- Quality Control & Safety: Inspect furniture for damage, ensure stability, and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, customer-focused service on-site.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, transport, and assemble heavy furniture.
- Experience: Experience with commercial office furniture, modular systems, or cabinetry is often required.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools – specifically Power Tols.
- Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successfully pass a background check
- Successfully pass a drug test
- Some experience preferred, but not required

- Must be able to stand for long periods, repeat movements and use their hands to handle objects, tools or controls

- Must be able to stair-carry objects
- Artistic abilities/qualities (including, but not limited to a sharp eye for color and good hand/eye-coordination)
- Detail oriented
- Basic knowledge of power and hand tools
- Must have a valid driver's license with minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Must be able to move up to 110 pounds with assistance, by lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, and crouching is required.
- For safety reasons, respirators, are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
- Be exposed to various inside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
- Problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel to out-of-town job sites.
