Role Purpose
- Verify and process invoice settlement via Netsuite system;
- Closely monitor payment approval status and be the focal point to communicate with Finance for payment arrangement, ensuring payment is settled on time;
- Prepare Payment Requisition Form (PRF) for invoice processing;
- Support Cost Management team on data collection;
- Support Contract team on contract administration duties;
- Prepare monthly accrual report to finance department;
- Keep clear accounting records and maintain up-to-date data for cost analysis;
- Prepare cost report for internal meetings;
- Assist to prepare and monitor the annual budget;
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned by management.
The Ideal Candidate
- Diploma or above or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in a related discipline;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role;
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Netsuite is preferred;
- Knowledge of airlines’ ground operations and cost structure would be an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- High integrity and strong attention to detail.
