Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients.
Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress.
Resolve client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist Technical Supervisor in the periodical review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness.
Assist Technical Supervisor to identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departments.
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.
Flexible working hours is required.
Requirements
Higher Diploma and above (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
Experience in QA, particularly within the F&B industry, is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Willingness to perform outdoor work.
Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Chinese.
Candidate with more experience might be considered as Senior Operations Executive role
