We are looking for energetic and passionate Junior IT Service Desk Administrator who will maintain and provide high quality troubleshoot support to the company’s department. You will be responsible for managing and resolving IT related issues/queries in an efficient and effective manner. The main responsibilities of the position include:
Install, replace and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
Troubleshoot hardware and software conflicts and repair or adjustments when necessary
Install and troubleshoot Windows, MacOS based systems
Work with Microsoft, GSuite and cloud technologies
Assist with the administration of Windows operating system, Azure Portal
Monitor and handle IT related tickets through our ticketing portal
Meet our tickets SLA, KPIs and targets
Provide guidance, support and training to staff on IT related issues
Liaise with external associates to solve any problem
Main requirements:
BSc/MSc in Information Technology, or any other relevant field
Experience in a similar position will be a major plus
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Proactive and efficient with strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
Provide a fast, polite and efficient responses to all staff
Knowledge of Windows platform troubleshoot (MacOS knowledge is considered a plus)
Fluent Spanish with excellent oral and written skills in English
