- Stay up to date with the latest local Korea trends in branding and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains competitive.
- Conduct thorough local Korea market research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities and ways to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
2. Design & Production of Visuals and Assets
- Produce content and visuals for local Korea social media and digital display (website, app, banners, etc.). Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay current with trends and fashion influences, ensuring that collections and social content align with our local Korea brand aesthetic and target audience.
- Collaborate with designers to conceptualize and produce patterns and graphic layouts as required, ensuring timely delivery and proper maintenance for local Korea team.
3. Project Management
- Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Kakao, Naver, and more.
- Support all aspects of paid digital campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns to reach new audiences and markets while ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Utilize analytics tools to interpret data, extract insights, and refine strategies in real-time to drive superior results.Qualifications- Able to join at the beginning of December or January 2025.
- Preferrably based in Korea (not mandatory, but highly preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing social content production or visual assets is highly advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Design, or a related field (Design major preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to produce social content and visuals quickly with a creative mindset.
- Strong creative and aesthetic abilities with a keen understanding of current fashion trends and preferences among style-conscious consumers.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital drawing tablets is a MUST. Experience with AIGC drawing and freehand drawing skills are advantageous.
- Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
- Intermediate to advanced copywriting experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing PPC, social media, and programmatic campaigns with budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience, preferably using tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Apply
