About the Role
Join our Armidale team supporting Business Services. You’ll manage your own client portfolio, delivering accurate bookkeeping and compliance, while working closely with advisors to support better client outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries accurately and efficiently
- Managing clients’ ATO compliance for IAS/BAS lodgements, STP, and superannuation
- Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and resolving any discrepancies
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Intermediate/Advanced use of Excel
- Proven BAS and payroll compliance experience
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
