We are currently seeking a Data Performance Analyst to join our Pricing function, based in our London office. This role plays a key part in enabling effective pricing by managing data, automation, dashboards and analytical tools that monitor performance and support profitable growth across the portfolio.
Working closely with pricing actuaries and underwriting stakeholders, you will own and develop data pipelines, dashboards and automated processes that improve visibility of performance, enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. You will work hands‑on with large and complex data sets, reconcile and analyse data from multiple sources, while ensuring outputs are accurate, scalable and fit for purpose.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience working with data in a commercial or financial services environment and be confident using SQL and Python at an advanced level. You will be comfortable building dashboards, supporting analytical reporting and developing automated solutions, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
