To support our growing operations, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk Officer on a fixed term, 3 month basis.
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure & Support Manager, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users within the organisation. You would cover both Level 1 and Level 2 support across our cloud based environment, predominantly on Microsoft 365, user access and end user device management. Other duties may also include;
