About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Engineering organization.
This is a true business-facing role - working closely with leaders to improve team performance, strengthen leadership, and ensure the organization is set up to scale.
You’ll operate at the intersection of business and people: designing effective organizations, driving change, and coaching managers—while staying close to execution and the day-to-day reality of the business.
As part of a global HR team, you’ll also contribute to company-wide initiatives and bring a practical, business-first perspective to how we grow.
