Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Engineer to provide advanced technical support, solution design, and project execution for industrial heating and thermal systems. This role bridges sales, engineering, and customers across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Solution Development • Design and develop electric heating and thermal solutions based on customer requirements. • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and bidding documents
2. Pre-sales & Post-sales Support • Provide technical consultation to customers and internal sales teams • Participate in technical discussions and solution presentations
3. Project Execution & Management • Lead or support full lifecycle project execution: ◦ Design, engineering documentation, and delivery • Provide on-site technical support and resolve issues • Ensure project delivery quality and timeline
4. Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and global teams • Support business growth through technical expertise
5. Continuous Improvement • Provide product and application feedback • Share technical knowledge and best practices
Required Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
Experience • 8+ years (Senior level), ideally 10–15+ years • Experience in: ◦ Industrial heating / electric heating / heat tracing • Full lifecycle technical support experience • Experience in large industrial projects (chemical, steel, offshore, etc.)
Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of electric heating or thermal systems • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, etc.) • Familiar with: ◦ Electrical systems and control panels ◦ Industry standards (explosion-proof, safety, etc.)
