JOB PURPOSE
In Pearson School Qualifications, we put the learner first. Our purpose is to ensure that the hundreds of thousands of learners across thousands of Pearson schools are able to learn, grow, and ultimately access Pearson Edexcel qualifications that allow them to make progress in their lives. The Regional Development Manager is a member of the Qualifications/ Courseware team in Sri Lanka, tasked with supporting our schools and growing our presence in schools in the country. We aim to be a trusted partner to all our schools; we work with them every step of the way, and we go above and beyond to solve their problems.

Excellent command of verbal and written English
Previous experience:
Essential
· Deep knowledge of the International Curriculum. Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
Desirable
· Experience in business development and account management within the education sector. Education, Qualification, training.
Essential
· Degree level or equivalent
· Fluent in English
· IT literate, e.g., Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desirable
· Continuous professional development training.
