Starlite Aviation has a requirement for an attentive, organized, team-oriented individual to fill a position as a Storeman.
The role will be located in Africa (bases may vary according to contract requirements).
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Stock and Consumables via TRAXALL.
- Issue the correct item and quantity at the right time to the correct person/place/contract.
- Manage Calibration Tools, Safety Equipment, lifting strops, slings and Ground Supporting Equipment (GSE) via Traxall.
- Goods Receipt Inspection.
- Packaging for Dispatch Contract allocation.
- Manage Fuel Farm.
- Ensure compliance with our Safety.
- Management System, Quality Policy & Manual of Procedure (MOP).
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Administration Skills Work efficiently and complete work timeously
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Traxall, AMP (Aircraft Maintenance Planning) and AMS (Aircraft Maintenance Schedules) software (preferable)
- Attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
The following list of qualifications is essential to fill the position
- Knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance logistical support systems.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the aircraft maintenance environment
- Willing to travel abroad
- Experience in contract work abroad (advantageous)
