MML Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and visionary Beverage Director to lead and oversee beverage programs across our portfolio of restaurants and hospitality concepts. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping best-in-class guest experiences through innovative and thoughtful beverage offerings, while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team development.

What you'll do:
- Develop, lead, and evolve beverage programs across multiple concepts, including wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings
- Ensure all beverage menus align with each concept’s identity, culinary direction, and guest experience goals
- Drive innovation while maintaining consistency, quality, and operational feasibility
- Partner with General Managers and culinary teams to deliver cohesive and memorable dining experiences
- Lead, mentor, and inspire bar and service teams across locations, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality
- Design and implement comprehensive training and education programs for beverage knowledge and service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, producers, and industry partners
- Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory, pricing strategies, and cost controls to meet financial targets
- Analyze performance metrics and drive revenue growth through strategic programming and initiatives
- Support openings, menu rollouts, and special events across the portfolio
- Ensure all beverage operations comply with company standards and local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in beverage leadership within a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality group
- Proven experience managing multi-unit or multi-concept beverage programs preferred
- Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and emerging beverage trends
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentorship and education
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to balance creativity with operational execution
- Relevant certifications (Sommelier, WSET, Cicerone, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Must occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to adjust focus and work in varying noise levels
