Job Summary
The Senior Executive, Ecommerce plays the role of key account management & strategic planning, data analytics, business & relationship development. Bringing many of the world’s favorite brands to all key E-Commerce platforms, and continually deliver the best online shopping experience to consumer.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Analytics
• Plans and assists in the merchandising and promotion campaigns for online channel
• Manages promotional mechanism (bundles set creation, discount promotion with e-commerce players)
• Manage stock fulfilment rate with e-retailers and clients
• Promotion price maintenance on SAP for all e-retailers/e-marketplaces & clients
• Assist in developing business plan and marketing and operational plan
• Ensure sales target achievement
• Build brand together with clients
• Monitor and evaluate outcome of implementation
• Monitor sales performance vs approved A&P budget
• Execute trade claims recovery from clients within the contractual terms and responsible for A&P
• Accurate price maintenance in accordance to contractual terms
• Minimize unnecessary cost & risk which impact P&L
• Robust in research and analysis of new online opportunities
• Regularly analyze trade returns and develop action plans to drive down returns or errors in delivery
• Assist in financial reconciliation supervision (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
• Business reviews and Post sales reporting.
Performance Marketing
• Project Management focus in marketing planning & Strategy, media planning, weekly campaign monitoring and other offsite campaigns.
• Marketing Channel on platforms such as Onsite Ads, CPAS, SEO and etc
• Performance review with strategic client local and regional team
General Tasks
• Communicate / interact the online business plan to all operational departments and business units
• Assist in expansion of E-Commerce business opportunities in mobile/ social commerce and cross-border trade
