Role Purpose
This role is a central strategic engine for Sunsilk globally — responsible for shaping how the brand shows up in culture, partnerships, and priority platforms, while driving stronger connection between global strategy and market execution. The Global Partnerships & Culture Lead will:
• Build and lead Sunsilk’s global partnerships agenda as a core growth driver
• Drive central strategy engagement across markets, ensuring clarity, focus, and execution excellence
• Act as a force multiplier, turning strategy into fewer, bigger, high-impact initiatives
This is not a coordination role. This is a builder role — creating scalable ideas that markets adopt, amplify, and grow. Key Responsibilities will include:
Global Partnerships & Collaboration Strategy
The incumbent will own and build the Sunsilk’s global partnerships agenda. They will identify, develop and secure high-impact collaborations across Talent and creators, Cultural platforms (music, fashion, gaming, social) and Brand partnerships (beauty, lifestyle, technology)
They will build “big swing” partnership platforms that are scalable across markets, Social-first by design and designed to drive desire and cultural relevance
They will define the role of partnerships within the overall brand system, with a focus on Core vs disruptive vs commerce-led brand systems, and Global vs local adaptability
They will lead end-to-end delivery, including strategy, partner identification, deal shaping and negotiation, execution, as well as global rollout and scale
Success is defined by partnerships that travel globally and deliver business impact, not one-off moments
Central Strategy Engagement & Market Mobilisation
The incumbent will act as the bridge between global strategy and market execution. They will drive clarity and focus on Sunsilk’s global priorities, including core business acceleration, innovation landing and social-first engagement
They will lead global engagement forums, including brand calls, strategy workshops, market deep-dives and performance reviews
They will translate strategy into simple, actionable frameworks, including clear “what to do / what not to do” guidance and playbooks that enable fast, high-quality execution
They will identify execution gaps and push for excellence across pricing and promotion competitiveness, distribution focus, as well as creative quality and consistency
This role ensures the organisation moves from alignment to consistent, high-quality execution
Brand System & Platform Development
The incumbent will strengthen Sunsilk’s global brand system to enable consistency and flexibility
They will build and evolve brand worlds and territories (e.g. Hair Play, Girl Joy, engagement platforms and content ecosystems
They will develop toolkits and assets that markets actively adopt and use
They will ensure all initiatives are Social-first, designed for scale and adaptation, anchored in desirability, science, and sensorial experience
Innovation & Go-to-Market Amplification
The incumbent will partner with innovation teams to ensure launches land with maximum impact
They will shape launch amplification strategies through partnerships and collaborations, social-first drops and influencer ecosystems
They will ensure innovations are clear in proposition, strong in claims and desirable in execution
They will identify opportunities to turn innovation into cultural moments
Performance, Learning & Scale
They will drive a strong learning and scaling culture
They will track performance across partnerships, engagement and market adoption
They will identify what scales, what requires improvement and where to double down
They will feed insights into future partnerships, platforms, and strategy evolution

• Regional and Local Market Teams (Asia, LATAM, PTAB, etc.)

• External Partners (talent, platforms, brands)

Key Skills & Experience required
• Established in Brand marketing, Partnerships, or Engagement (FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle preferred, however open to categories)
• Proven track record in building partnerships or collaborations
• Skilled at delivering large-scale campaigns or platforms
• Experience working across global and multi-market environments
