Role Purpose
To monitor, report, and follow up on the full portfolio of SANS projects and strategic initiatives (CAPEX & OPEX) to ensure effective and timely delivery within defined scope, KPIs, budget, and strategic alignment. This includes adherence to unified PMO frameworks and tools, risk tracking, and process improvement initiatives.

Portfolio Operations
- Ensure adherence to unified project governance, control, and reporting frameworks across CAPEX and OPEX projects.
- Support and guide teams on project management standards, tools, and training.
- Review and validate new project/initiative requests against gate and framework criteria.
- Track project/initiative progress, validate plans, and ensure alignment with strategic milestones.
- Register risks and support mitigation planning in coordination with stakeholders.
- Control all stage gate activities and support change management processes.
- Assist in ERP familiarity, procurement coordination, and contractor payment follow-ups.
- Provide required financial justifications for regulators and internal oversight.
Reporting and Documentation Management
- Track and report implementation progress, stakeholder engagement, and interdependencies.
- Develop dashboards and periodic reports covering KPIs, budgets, risks, and change requests.
- Maintain project documentation, templates, and PM systems alignment.
- Support project closure, lessons learned, and overall performance reviews.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for all projects under PMO management.
Coordination & Communication
- Provide centralized communication across all PMO-managed programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate with project managers to monitor spending and mitigate risks.
- Ensure documentation is archived and accessible, with key lessons documented for reuse.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Knowledge and Experience
No prior experience or basic knowledge in project or initiative management is required.Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
