Establish and maintain records including consolidation of information for sales team recoverable expenses
Assist with the completion of daily tasks ie. Indexing, Allocations, Ad-Hoc Reporting, Distribution of Communications to our Introducers and Pipeline management
Responsible in managing the shared inbox and user & product database
Respond to Introducers accurately and in a timely manner via phone, email and chat interactions
Work with internal partners for form changes/improvements
Provide administration support to sales team, including IT coordination
Assist sales team to onboard business partners to new software
SELECTION CRITERIA
Candidate must have demonstrated 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
Must have previous call handling experience
Bachelors/College Degree in Business/Administration/Management/Secretarial Studies or another related field.
