We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 06:00hrs to 14:30hrs
Salary: £14.49 per hour
Responsibilities
- Support the with the processing of customer orders for the despatch team
- Supplying information to customers as required
- Receipt of POD’s(proof of delivery) and contact haulier with any queries with them
- Contact hauliers to deliver daily orders to customer depot
- Record of all inbound and outbound movements of equipment ensuring a system is maintained to check charges
- Daily stock count of equipment to make sure balances stay at an acceptable level
- Work with the despatch team when required to suit the business needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of supply chain software systems is advantageous but not essential.
