Supervisor Clinical Dietetics at Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, CA. This position is Full time and will work Day shifts.
The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor oversees the clinical dietitians and daily operations. Primary responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, supervising, coaching and developing clinical nutrition staff. The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor conducts annual competency assessments and facilitates clinician development plans, including clinical ladder. This position assists with audits and ensures alignment of department policies with state and federal regulations, and other regulatory bodies including the Joint Commission, Title 22 and CMS. This position reports to the Director, and functions as an integral member of the nutrition leadership team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Upon hire: National CDR Dietetic/Nutritionist Technician Registered - Commission on Dietetic Registration
- 5 years direct patient care, preferably in an inpatient setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field., Or equivalent education/experience
- 2 years in a supervisory position, preferably in an inpatient setting.
