We are hiring a Creditor Disability Claims Administrator to join our team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will manage all incoming creditor initial claims and requests via fax, phone, and email, ensuring claim contents are complete so that National Claims Staff can assess and process creditor life, critical illness, disability, and job loss claims within specified turnaround times.
Your responsibilities will include identifying new and recurring creditor claims, recording incoming mail, and distributing daily claim tasks to National Claims Staff on the same day they are received. You may also assist with sorting, matching, and mailing creditor claim cheques, system-generated and the creation of manual letters, and preparing courier envelopes for timely pickup. Additionally, you will send daily requests to creditors, claimants, and estates to obtain necessary documentation prior to adjudication, supporting the work of National Claims Staff.

The base salary for this position is between $43,300 - $58,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
