Job Responsibilities:
Receive and handle inbound telephone calls, emails and other communication channel from internal staffs
Identify internal sales team needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Complete relevant documentation as required
Remain aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs mechanism
Able to provide MGM related information as needed
Overnight shift is required
Job Requirements:
One year working experience in customer service field, has casino knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English, Mandarin, and Cantonese language. Other language is preferable
Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
Maintain a positive, energetic attitude at all times. And being detail oriented
