About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced Ad Sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate execution of campaigns, and maximizing revenue opportunities. If you enjoy working with data, coordinating across teams, and being at the center of sales execution, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process sales orders within defined timelines
Work extensively on Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by suggesting alternative/replacement inventory
Monitor bookings proactively, highlight discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections
Coordinate seamlessly between Sales and Operations teams
Ensure timely invoicing and documentation
Track and follow up on outstanding payments
Generate and share reports as per business and sales team requirements
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Ad Sales / Media operations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
