About the Role
We are looking for a casual Marketing Assistant - Graduate. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for populating and completing a new website using a SaaS CMS platform. You’ll be working from an existing site shell, using predefined templates, layouts and widgets to build out pages, add content and bring the website to life.
The structure and components are already in place. Your role is to assemble pages, load content and ensure everything is accurate, consistent and ready to launch. This is not a design or development role, and no coding is required.
Ideal for someone early in their career, including a recent graduate, who can get up to speed quickly, work independently and deliver high-quality output to deadline.
Key Responsibilities
- Populate and build out web pages using predefined templates, layouts and widgets
- Assemble page sections using existing components (no coding required)
- Upload, format and optimise content (copy, images and downloadable assets)
- Implement SEO fundamentals including meta data, URLs, headings and internal links
- Write and refine web copy where required, aligned to SEO best practice
- Ensure consistency across pages in layout, formatting and structure
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure pages display and function correctly across devices
- Identify and resolve content or layout issues within the CMS
- Work with internal teams to gather and organise required content
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience working with website CMS or SaaS website platforms, or a recent graduate with relevant coursework or project experience
- Comfortable using page builders, templates and content editors
- Able to take a blank or partial structure and build it out into complete, well-structured pages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Able to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
- Able to work independently
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
- Unrestricted Australian working right
Requirements
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for simple edits and troubleshooting)
- Experience using SaaS/other CMS website platforms
The successful candidate will be required to complete a drug & alcohol screening test and provide a National Police Clearance.
