We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager or a ready‑to‑rise Supervisor or Team Leader, who’s led teams of 8+ and is keen to level up.

This isn’t your ordinary ASM role. It comes with a strong focus on merchandising and inventory, while still being hands on, on the floor with the team. We’re looking for someone that organised, safety focused and customer obsessed.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. 
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team. 
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.  
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.  
• Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
