The role | Te tūnga
This role works across Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) to coordinate and resolve support requests for a range of corporate services. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries relating to Property & Security, Wellbeing Health & Safety, Information Management, and Official Information requests, providing high‑quality, accurate, and timely advice that supports effective service outcomes.
You will manage and prioritise requests across multiple systems, ensuring agreed priorities, customer expectations, and resolution timeframes are met. By coordinating activity, maintaining consistent service delivery, contributing to guidance and standard operating procedures, and promoting best practice, you will support strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver reliable, customer‑focused outcomes.
