The IT Executive - Support enhances the student and staff experience at Monash University Malaysia by ensuring the seamless delivery of essential IT services. This role provides comprehensive technical support for hardware and software across both administrative and teaching environments, while serving as the primary point of contact for network connectivity, printing, telephony, and other core IT infrastructure.
