The Recruitment Specialist is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Monash University Malaysia. This critical role ensures the attraction, engagement, and selection of top-tier academic and non-academic talent that aligns with the University's strategic objectives and dynamic needs. Operating within a matrix structure, the Manager, Sourcing Specialist will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and directly with clients (hiring managers and school leads) to understand their specific talent requirements, craft targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, particularly for specialized academic roles, and continuously enhancing the University's employer brand.
Reporting Line: The position reports to Head of HR Business Partner.
