Your mission
You will ensure that our systems work under real operational conditions.
Your objective is to deploy, integrate and continuously improve drone and counter-drone capabilities directly in the field.
You will act as the technical backbone of demonstrations, trials and early deployments - turning field experience into measurable system improvements.
Your responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate sensors, effectors and software components on vehicles and field setups
- Prepare and execute live demonstrations and technical trials
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues under time pressure
- Tune tracking,detection and control parameters in operational environments
- Collect logs, performance data and structured technical feedback
- Support rapid iteration cycles between field testing and engineering teams
- Contribute to system robustness and reliability improvements
- Support training of operators and technical users
Your profile
- Degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems or similar
- Experience with real-world system integration (robotics, UAVs, automotive,defenceor industrial systems)
- Strong hands-on engineering mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and in challenging environments
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and take ownership
- Pragmatic approach : deliver working solutions first,optimise later
- Willingness to travel frequently and support field deployments
- Good English skills; German is a plus
- Ideally located in Munich
