Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Supervisor to support our on-site Starbucks location at Hotel X Toronto. As a Store Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver customer service and maintain a positive in-store experience.
Manage scheduling, inventory and ordering supplies efficiently.
Assess customer complaints/problems taking proper, prompt, and effective corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Provides feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift.
Supporting and enforcing all hotel and Starbucks operating policies and procedures.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment aligned with hotel expectations.
Performs other tasks assigned by Management.
Compensation
$50K - $60k
