Your Role:Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Plovdiv-based Business Insights team. In this role you will collect, analyse and interpret data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for improvement in ares such as product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end process
- Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly and / or quarterly reports
- Ad hoc internal reporting projects and analysis as required
- Develop and maintain product-related reports to track and analyse key metrics
- Work with global and regional cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Create data visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets
- Continually looking fro more effective methods to complete tasks
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Good Excel skills are a must – Vlookup and Pivot Tables desired
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficient planning for managing tasks and deadlines
- Ability to analyse large datasets with above average attention to detail
- Ability to own a process from the start till the final stage
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Experience with Tableau Power BI and Salesforce will be considered as an advantage
The Interview Process:
- Video call with the Senior Talent Partner. This will take no longer than 40 minutes.
- Assessment to be shared
- Final interview with the Business Insights Manager & Business Insights Analyst
