What you'll do
As a Junior HR Project Manager in Regnology, you will be at the forefront of innovation within our HR department. This role is pivotal in driving our strategy to integrate cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions into our core HR processes. You will work closely with the HR team to identify opportunities, manage projects, and implement AI-driven tools that enhance efficiency, streamline our recruitment lifecycle, and modernize our overall HR landscape.
Your key accountabilities are:
- Lead and support projects focused on the implementation of AI technologies within HR.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline the recruitment process, including the use of AI agents for CV screening and candidate matching.
- Analyze existing HR workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation through AI.
- Assist in the change management process, including training and support for HR staff on new AI-powered systems.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and report on the impact and ROI of AI implementations.
