As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting the General Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading your team, maintaining service and quality standards, and fostering a fun and safe work environment. Shift Leads also step in to perform other team member duties as needed.

What we’re looking for:
1+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the food service industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team players with a calm and professional demeanor
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and leading by example
Willingness to learn and embody our culture and values
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, repetitive reaching, bending, and twisting
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day, with intermittent breaks
Your Day-to-Day:
Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude while assisting customers and resolving issues
De-escalate and manage conflicts effectively
Provide ongoing coaching and performance management for the team
Ensure all employees are following the proper timekeeping practices
Ensure execution of proper cash handling procedures
Complete daily cash deposits and record-keeping
Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and end-of-day tasks
Work with the team and the Safety Ambassador to provide a safe environment for our staff and our guests
Communicate and direct the team on food production for the day
Ensure team members are following the MIXT recipe and production standards and procedures, as well as adhering to state and local health codes
Assist the General Manager and MIT/AGM with inventory management
Any additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
