Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our team, you will develop financial models that serve as critical tools for our clients' strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining sophisticated financial models to evaluate various financial plans and scenarios, supporting strategic decision-making with a focus on value creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Lead Advisory & Restructuring to gather accurate financial data and assumptions for model inputs e.g.: Developing business plans alongside Corporate Finance to articulate a client’s growth trajectory as part of a sell-side mandate
Working with Restructuring to build a deal model in a fluid environment incorporating multiple scenarios. Using various valuation methodologies including DCFs, options pricing, and Monte Carlo simulations in conjunction with Valuations
Interpreting financial statements and translating them into meaningful models that forecast future financial performance and assess risks. Conducting sensitivity analyses to understand the impact of various financial and operational variables on company valuations. Communicating complex financial concepts and model outcomes to stakeholders with varying levels of financial knowledge, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Contributing to business development by identifying new opportunities and conducting research to expand our client base.

ACA or ACCA qualified (or international equivalent). If doing a PQ, must be exam qualified
Experience in roles that require a deep understanding of financial statements.
A track record of mentoring and developing others, with a commitment to fostering the growth of your team. Self-motivation and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
The capability to navigate intricate financial and operational issues, providing unique solutions to business challenges.
Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modelling tools.
