What You’ll Be Responsible For • Lead residential retrofit HVAC projects from start to finish, owning job execution and final outcome • Manage, guide, and develop install crew members on every job • Install, modify, and commission complete HVAC systems, ensuring proper airflow and overall system performance • Own system quality by meeting code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the project • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites from start to finish
What We’re Looking For • Proven experience leading residential HVAC install crews • 4+ years of residential HVAC install experience • Strong understanding of airflow and system performance • Experience with heat pumps and high-efficiency systems preferred • Ability to problem-solve in the field without constant supervision • EPA certification • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Requirements • Willing to work occasional overtime during peak seasons • Physically able to handle install work • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
