The Drive Backend Test Process Department is responsible for managing and executing process readiness, process change management, process control, and continuous process efficiency improvement. The team ensures high productivity, quality, and cost efficiency within the backend test area, supporting sustainable manufacturing operations and on-time product delivery.
About the role - you will:
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities using structured business processes, systematic methodologies, and logical reasoning
- Perform data analysis and structured problem-solving to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Establish, monitor, and maintain process control systems to ensure stable output quality
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Support process change implementation including documentation and communication
- Monitor output quality and process performance to meet targets with high quality
- Present process status, risks, and improvement results to stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and cross‑functional partners, including upstream and downstream supply chain stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, teamwork, project management, and professional presentation skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet ambitious timelines in fast‑moving or challenging operational scenarios

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Highly experienced in Hard Disk Drive (HDD) manufacturing, precision engineering, or other high volume, high accuracy production environments (HDD experience preferred)
- Proven success in cross functional collaboration and demonstrated leadership in driving alignment and achieving operational goals across multiple groups
- Confidence in data presentation and communication with leadership
- Strong capability to perform under pressure, including confidence in delivering updates and presentations to senior leaders
