We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Programme and Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery of our learning programmes and client experience.
This is an early career role, ideal for someone with around 1 to 2 years of experience who is keen to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-moving, international environment. You will work closely with a small, global team to support programme delivery, participant engagement, and ongoing client relationships. The role combines coordination, communication, and commercial awareness, ensuring that learning experiences translate into long-term value for both participants and the organisation.
Requirements
Learning experience support
- Help manage the learning platform, including enrolments, uploading materials, and keeping content up to date
- Support the preparation and organisation of learning resources
- Monitor participant engagement and activity, identifying issues, trends, and opportunities to improve the learning experience
Programme coordination
- Coordinate live sessions, including scheduling, sending invitations, and supporting delivery
- Support participant onboarding and ensure they have what they need throughout the programme
- Assist with post session follow up, including communications and materials
Client and alumni engagement
- Support communications with participants and alumni
- Help organise events and engagement activities
- Maintain shared resources and communication channels
Business Development and Growth Support
- Track participant engagement and identify signals for renewal, alumni membership, or additional programme interest
- Maintain accurate tracking of participant and alumni engagement using internal systems or CRM tools
- Assist in preparing targeted outreach and follow-up communications for prospective and existing clients
- Support the promotion of learning pathways to a broader audience, helping to build awareness, drive engagement, and generate a strong pipeline of prospective participants and opportunities.
General team support
- Provide administrative and coordination support across projects
- Work closely with colleagues in different time zones to keep programmes running smoothly
- Take initiative to improve processes and solve problems as they arise
- Support ad hoc priorities as required in a fast-moving environment
Required Skills and Experience
- Around 1 to 2 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or client facing role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with international teams and different time zones
- Exposure or experience in a sales environment is advantageous
