Expo 2030 Riyadh – SME Support
Trivandi is supporting the development of the Operations function for Expo 2030 Riyadh, working alongside key stakeholders to help shape the operational foundations of the event.
Our focus is on ensuring the masterplan and programme are operationally deliverable — translating design into reality through validated space requirements, integrated operating models, and functional planning.
Given the scale, complexity, and pace of the project, we are looking to engage experienced SMEs with prior World Expo experience to provide targeted advisory support.
This is not a delivery role — the requirement is for senior, credible input to:
- Test and challenge planning assumptions
- Validate operational requirements and spatial allocations
- Provide practical, experience-led insight to shape solutions
- Ensure alignment with real-world event delivery
Key Responsibilities & Outputs
Key Responsibilities
- Validate end-to-end visitor journey
- Review guest services provision (toilets, info, accessibility, etc.)
- Assess dwell time, wayfinding, and service distribution
- Ensure alignment with retail, F&B, and entertainment mix
- Challenge assumptions impacting visitor experience
