We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our Fertility First (Hurstville) clinic on a full time basis.
Fertility First Nurses provide frontline care to our patients, supporting them along every step of their Fertility treatment. This role is unique, you be working in an office environment interacting with our patients both over the phone and face to face. Alongside clinical duties, a significant proportion of your role will involve providing patient care, support and education.

We're looking for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the nursing function at Fertility First. Fertility experience is an advantage, but what matters most is that you're a confident clinical leader who knows how to get the best out of a team.
You'll bring strong clinical skills alongside genuinely strong people skills — this role carries real emotional weight, and our patients need more than clinical competence. They need nurses who listen, build trust, and show up with authentic care at every interaction.
You'll also be comfortable in a fast-paced, administration-heavy environment. This is a clinic-based role with a significant desk component — accurate record-keeping, data entry and proficiency across multiple IT platforms are part of the job, and you'll pick these up quickly with support from the team.
