Archer® is the leader in AI-powered SaaS GRC solutions, and honestly, it’s a fascinating space to be in right now. Risk and compliance used to be back-office functions. Today, they’re boardroom conversations, and organizations are looking for a platform that can keep up. With the launch of Archer Evolv™, our AI-powered platform for compliance and risk, we’re helping enterprises move from reactive checkbox compliance to adaptive, intelligent risk management.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who gets genuinely excited about this stuff. Someone who can take a complex GRC capability and turn it into a story that makes a CISO stop scrolling, a compliance officer forwards the email, and a sales rep feel confident walking into a meeting. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for one or more Archer product lines, and you’ll be the connective tissue between product, sales, and the market.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Positioning
Content Development
Sales Enablement & Customer Advocacy
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Analyst Relations & Industry Presence
You’ll need to have
• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with real ownership of go-to-market launches, messaging, and sales enablement programs, not just supporting roles.
• A genuine ability to make complex things clear. You can write a tight executive brief and a detailed datasheet, and they both land with the right audience.
• The cross-functional instincts to align product, sales, and marketing teams without needing anyone to tell you to.
• Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow, for content creation, research, competitive monitoring, or campaign optimization. We use them too, and we want someone curious about where this is all going.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
It’s a bonus if you have
• 5+ years specifically within GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance software, you’ll ramp faster and the domain knowledge will show in your work.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and regulations like NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, or DORA, and the ability to talk credibly with compliance and risk practitioners.
• Experience with analyst relations programs (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), knowing how to engage and influence analysts is a real differentiator here.
• Experience marketing AI-powered or data-driven enterprise software products.
